Stanley Exteriors is a local home improvement company that has received mixed reviews from its customers. The company's work has been described as both professional and efficient, with crews that are thorough and clean. Customers have been pleased with the quality of work, particularly on projects like siding, roofing, and window replacements.
However, the company has also faced some challenges in customer service and project management. Some customers have reported issues with communication and responsiveness, particularly when dealing with insurance claims or warranty work. There have been instances of workers not showing up as scheduled or providing unsatisfactory work, leading to frustration and the need for further repairs.
Despite these challenges, Stanley Exteriors has also received positive feedback, with customers appreciating the owner's willingness to work with them and provide estimates. The company has been described as generally helpful and kind, and some customers have indicated they would consider using them again for future projects.
Overall, Stanley Exteriors seems to provide a mixed experience, with strengths in the quality of their work but potential weaknesses in customer service and project management. Customers are advised to carefully weigh their options and communicate clearly with the company to ensure a positive outcome.

While we did not have the work done on our garage (split with another unit owner who backed out wanting to do any work), I found Mike to be helpful and kind when he came out for the estimate. It was also the best offer we got. I know I'll be keeping them in mind for any future needs.
