We got a new sliding glass door on our patio from The Door Store a few years ago and had a great experience so we decided to go with this company again. We ordered a new front door from The Door Store a few months ago and are very happy with it! From the initial visit from owner Dave for measuring, to the extensive choices in the showroom, to the installation, everything was smooth and professional. Dave estimated about 12 weeks for the door but it was actually ready early, which was nice. I was very pleased with the sales process and installation. Replacing a Pella Screen door with a ProVia Top Down Bottom up Storm/Screen door proved to be too difficult for both Lowes and Home Depot. Both said they could not do it. Unexplainable, but The Door Store was able to and the installer Chris was very experienced and able to quickly figure out a solution!
Our salesman, Mike was very informative and helpful. He is the reason we went back several weeks later and decided to move forward as we wanted a quality product that was installed by a professional team. The installation team that came were thorough, organized, and very pleasant. Couldn't ask for a better experience, highly recommend!
