“We had about 5 or 6 different companies come and give us quotes for Hardie siding and roofing. Keenan Homes was competitively priced and did an amazing job. Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!“

“After replacing my sliding door with different company and not having very nice experience with installers I did a long research on who will I use for my front door replacement. I am glad I used Valdicass. My sales rep Obed is very knowledgeable and honest, he made entire process super easy. Everything he promised he was able to deliver. The install was done by Jesse and Danny. Very professional and clean. After they left the house you could not even say that they were there. New door looks great. “We had foundation problems with the footings of our brick pillars in front of our bungalow. Gary came out and assessed the problem and confidently talked us through the process. The quote was right where we expected it to be and the team of two who did the work were exceptionally skillful. All our neighbors commented on the quality of work they were doing. Apparently the standard brick size has changed since our house was built. The search for the right size proved to be a challenge which they were successful in finding with their dedication to get the job done right. They also squared up our concrete stairs. Highly recommend and will keep calling the doctor when the need arises.“

They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“
