We previously used Gilke to replace a patio door about 8 years ago. We were very happy with the door and installation. It still looks great and has performed flawlessly. Therefore, it was an easy choice to use Gilke for our current window replacement. Once again, we are extremely happy with our new windows. The installation went great. The two gentlemen that installed the windows did an outstanding job. They are real craftsman and their attention to detail was exceptional. The quality of the windows and the installation are perfect. We will definitely use Gilke for any future window replacement and highly recommend them.

I love the windows and the gentlemen Who put them in were real pros and make sure that there was no mess on my floors. I do, however, wish they would've kept me up-to-date as to the status of my door, and when it would be arriving at the factory instead of me having to contact them. I would go with Gilkey again because of the quality

My experience from start to completion was very positive. I was given a time frame for the arrival of the workers and they arrived within it. They were very professional in their work. For example, they took great care in preparing the floors in the area they would be using. I was so surprised. They told me that the job would be completed within a three hour window and it was. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Gilkey to anyone who is interested in a quality product that is installed with care and attention to detail.
