Tony J, from the Oakbrook office, did an outstanding job repairing a 20yr old patio door that would not tightly close. He came out twice, explaining why that door needed help (a shim) and why a similar door in my unit didn't. He also left very clear instructions on how to open and close the door properly. I appreciated that he worked to repair this existing door in my condo and didn't "push" nor even suggest a new one for thousands of dollars. If and when I need any of my condo windows replaced, I will go with Air-Tite, Oakbrook. Thank you again, Tony. It's wonderful to see that honest and reputable service people still exist!!! :)
