“12 years ago we got the first new roof on the home we built in the ‘90’s. We did our research and included Countryside in our options list. Pat Dolan walked in and was authentic and professional. They got our business and we weren’t disappointed. Recently hail storms ravaged our community and so we called back Countryside for an inspection. Pat showed up again (looking the same, like he was trapped is some sort of time warp)…it was determined that unfortunately our roof suffered hail damage. We were confident in Pat and Countryside so we went forward with the replacement. Their whole staff remained consistently professional and reliable. Great communication by Pat and Clint for scheduling. The crew came out and got our roof replaced successfully in one day. They cleaned up and left our home looking like it did the day before. “Trust is a commodity you earn not bought. I have known Tony for over 2 Decades. Yes that makes Tony and I a little older. He did my siding then(circa 2004?). He just did my roof now.

His workmanship is second to none. So much so that even when insurance basically denied my claim, I went ahead anyway paid out of pocket just to fit his window of availability. I would absolutely recommend Tony for your remodeling work!“

“I had been working with siding and roofing companies for a fair quote and trying to understand what was involved. It was fairly terrible due to lack of transparency. Then John came by. He was very clear in what was going to be done and why, then gave a very reasonable quote for the work.
He put Hardie Board and a new roof on over 3,000sq ft. He found rotten wood and replaced it, along with black mold in my attached garage roof which needed new plywood all for a reasonable price.
He also installed new larger windows and doors.
The finished product looked great, and he’s still helping with additional upgrades.“

“My roof had been patched several times before, so I wasn’t expecting much difference. They inspected everything carefully and pointed out previous improper fixes that were causing repeat leaks. They repaired only the necessary sections instead of pushing for full replacement. It took more time than I thought, but the result feels more stable. One minor downside was leftover dust in the attic, but they returned to clean it after I mentioned it.“

“I had purchased replacement windows from Lake Cook Exteriors many years ago. The best money I have ever spent on the house - they look and work great. Unfortunately, one of the windows fogged up indicating a seal had failed. I contacted Lake Cook and they advised me it was covered under warranty. They asked me for the serial number of that specific window. I emailed it to them along with a photo of the cloudy window, and they ordered and installed the replacement - no charge. “I waited a while to write this review because when you buy a new roof you want to see how it deals with all sorts of weather. I can happily say that our new roof (and more) has done exceptionally well. We contracted Euclid Roofing and Siding back in September of 2023. They had a large number of jobs of ahead of us so it took them a little bit to get out to our house. This was not an issue really, we expected this and had planned for it. While speaking with them and discussing other jobs we needed done we went all in. Roof, new insulation, siding, windows, and new rain gutters with leaf guards. We were not persuaded to do all of this, these were jobs we already needed done. Euclid merely provided us the best price and ease to get it all done in one easy sweep. Everything came together fantastically. We have noticed cheaper heating and cooling bills (due to new roof and siding) and the house is much more comfortable. We have even been setting our thermostat lower in the winter because the house holds on to the heat much better. My only regret is that we didn’t do all of this much sooner. Our new siding is a vast improvement over the old and really made our place look much nicer. Euclid was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They worked around my wife’s extensive garden, and not a single plant was harmed. Highly recommended.“
