“I had been working with siding and roofing companies for a fair quote and trying to understand what was involved. It was fairly terrible due to lack of transparency. Then John came by. He was very clear in what was going to be done and why, then gave a very reasonable quote for the work.
He put Hardie Board and a new roof on over 3,000sq ft. He found rotten wood and replaced it, along with black mold in my attached garage roof which needed new plywood all for a reasonable price.
He also installed new larger windows and doors.

“Mike and Hefferan roofing was great! We had multiple quotes and even though Hefferan wasn’t the least expensive, though they were the most knowledgeable.
