Their sales pitches were sketchy and they were too anxious for us to sign a contract and post their signs in our yard before even previewing the possible damages. Have the manager on site at the time of roof installation as the crew may not be fluent in English, 2. Recommend wider gutters for a home of my size because of potential clogging, 3. Take on other job functions such as any bad wood replacement as a result of possible covered damage such as hail even though it is a little hard to prove. 4. Provide and delegate more power to your sales person who is in contact with the customer, 5 Accept electronic payment.“
