“This is our 2nd roof installation by countryside in the last 2 months. First was my mom’s house which they did an excellent job. The village inspector commented on how well the roofing materials were installed, also they did an excellent job cleaning up. Mike took the time to explain the process and made us feel comfortable with the process. We had our roof installed a few days ago and again the crew did an excellent job with the installation and Mike answered all of our questions. They did an excellent job with cleaning up. “After a violent hailstorm on 3/10/26 nearly destroyed the roof, Peter was very helpful in explaining the process of replacing it. After I contacted the Insurance company to file a claim, he took over most of the contact with them before, during and after replacement. He met the Insurance adjuster and they surveyed the damage together up on the roof. He uses the highest quality Type 4 shingles and other top grade materials. He had a crew of 14 show up early on Monday 8/3, and completed installation in one day. The gutter & downspout crew then came 4 days later to finish up. He gave a fair and itemized bid and handled all the required paperwork with the Village and Insurance people. The roof and gutters look great. He's is a long time, experienced local contractor in the suburban area. Unlike most of the 25+ storm-chasers that showed up unannounced on my doorstep never to be seen again until the next big storm, I sought him out after doing research and talking to neighbors who'd used him already. I fully recommend Pro Home Services and Peter Kiwior for all the reasons above.”

“I was appalled by finding out there was a leak due to an improper installed vent that was already here when we moved in. Carlos from Canga roofing came out and identified the problem in a matter of minutes, and also discovered a 2nd vent was improperly installed. He showed me pictures and explained the metal ring around the shingles was supposed to be underneath the shingles, but they left it on top. I was horrified. The very next day someone else came by and fixed the problem on the roof but also treated the damp wood inside the attic where the moisture stains are. I have to say my anxiety got the better of me but will certainly call Canga again with future roof issues as well as recommend to my coworkers, family and friends. I can't say it enough, don't wait any longer if you have a roofing issue, even if you are not sure. One more note, I was afraid I was going to be talked into getting a whole new roof, but Carlos explained that I have at least 5 years of roof life left! Who does that??? No one I know, no matter what profession. Put your mind at peace, give Canga a call today!”

“A few years back we wanted our fascia and soffits covered . Hired a company to do the work. They told us the gutters would need replacing as well. We hired them to do the work and the installation of the gutters looked awful complained that we were not happy. Their solution of trying to cover all the gaps was to add more tin & charge me more. From that day forward my goal was to let anyone who’d listen how bad the work was! Fast forward to about a month ago I came around to the front of our house and a person was on my walk. He introduced himself as George & the company he works for. He went on to tell me about the home in my area had storm damage due to the storms in April. Thinking he was with the company that installed our rain gutters I started letting him know about how unhappy we still are with the bad job his company did to our gutters & trim. I then asked him to leave.it was then my wife came around a softly to me that’s not who George is with. This whole time I was complaining George was calm and asking when this happened and who I was dealing with. After finding out he’s not with that company I couldn’t stop apologizing. He handled it like pro. I asked him if he was still<br>Interested in inspecting my roof. He said he would. After climbing down he showed us pictures of all the damage. We invited him in and he called our insurance company to file a claim. And after a rocky start thanks to me , George took over. He handle everything for us. George assured us that they would also take care of our gutters. They would rehang, adjust the pitch and replace the awful looking trim with the proper size trim. George contacted us weekly with updates, also reassuring us that Integrity exteriors will do a great job. George was 100% correct. Integrity did an outstanding job.
