What a breath of fresh air! With all the roofer choices out there, pick Randall and Sons! Family ownee and operated and ask for Jordan to assist in all your needs! They are competent and reasonable. They work amazingly with all insurances too! Thanks Jordan !

When I decided to have my roof looked at and eventually replaced, I chose Randall and Son because of the impressive number of five star reviews and five star reviews exclusively. Unfortunately, although my experience with the sales representative started off on a high note, it ended very poorly.When the owner became aware of my disappointing experience, he reached out to me directly. He listened to me explain the problems I encountered and was very empathetic. At the conclusion of our discussion he went above and beyond the make amends. He turned my experience completely around. I recently needed new siding and had heard of Randall and Son from a friend. Jordan helped us and was fantastic! I have never had an issue with siding before, so he was great when it came to communicating and answering questions. I am so happy with how it turned out and thankful for Jordan’s help and good service!
