“12 years ago we got the first new roof on the home we built in the ‘90’s. We did our research and included Countryside in our options list. Pat Dolan walked in and was authentic and professional. They got our business and we weren’t disappointed. Recently hail storms ravaged our community and so we called back Countryside for an inspection. Pat showed up again (looking the same, like he was trapped is some sort of time warp)…it was determined that unfortunately our roof suffered hail damage. We were confident in Pat and Countryside so we went forward with the replacement. Their whole staff remained consistently professional and reliable. Great communication by Pat and Clint for scheduling. The crew came out and got our roof replaced successfully in one day. They cleaned up and left our home looking like it did the day before. “Shout out to Yvette at Olson for kindly answering all of my questions and being super patient with me. I had Lindsay Pinnacle windows installed by Olson 4 years ago, and feel breezes through them. I have a lot of anxiety and never called to have them fixed. I called today and expressed frustration when I was referred to the manufacturer instead of Olson taking care of it, but Yvette took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of window parts and what is under installation vs. product warranty. “Highly recommend Fiji<br>We had roof and gutter damage from recent hailstorms. We worked with Chad he was honest, professional and very easy to work with. Chad dealt with the insurance company we had no stress and no problems.<br>The crew covered all bushes, outdoor furniture and even our pool to keep debris out. There was a bit of a mishap with the pool, the cinder block they placed on the tarp fell into the pool and tore the liner. We contacted Chad he immediately came out and saw what happened, the next day he showed up with a check to pay for a new liner AND he actually went into the pool and retrieved the cinder block! (Water temps in the 30’s) I don’t know of any other owner of a company that would go into a freezing pool and quickly resolve the problem. Thank you Chad!! We will definitely recommend Fiji to friends and family.”
