“Jim and his crew saved our home. after our roof was damaged by a severe storm and started leaking into the house causing interior damage, I spent over 6 months dealing with the insurance company I had been with for almost 30 years just to get screwed. Then the next call I made was to Jim, within a couple days he not only inspected the roof, gave a quote which was unbelievable, had his crew making preps. Within a matter of a couple weeks not only did his crew show up but Jim was right there on the roof as well. 2 days later I had a complete new roof (better then I ever expected for the price), they not only tore off the old roof, replaced all damaged decking and areas that were questionable so not to have any possible future issues, installed new drains, (I have a flat roof) pitched the roof so rain actually ran toward the drains unlike the previous company installed where the rain ran away from the drains and pooled. they totally cleaned up when they were finished, you couldn't even tell I just had a new roof installed, passed city inspection with excellence. I went over the paint color i wanted numerous times and had to bring up certain repairs several times because almost nothing was written down. I requested a written contract be itemized so we were on the same page with what was being done.Again, overall positive experience but as a homeowner protect yourself by having everything in writing.“
