As soon as you walk in, everybody, including the clients welcomes you, encourages you to not give up on yourself, and gives great nutritional advice on losing body weight. Also, Push Fitness had a great 1 on 1 connection with their clients. Former clients come and go and decide to return to this gym to tone their bodies back into shape. If you want to lose weight and do not know where to go because gyms are intimidating, Push Fitness is your gym.“

“If you’re looking for a program that offers personal training customized to your level of fitness and oriented to your personal goals, Ultimate Fitness is your go-to. I train with Justin 3 times a week. He mixes it up and challenges me in every session. Every couple of weeks, he measures that progress, as he has a machine that measures percentages of fat, muscle, etc. Seeing results not only in the mirror or scale, but measured body fat/muscle percentages, holds everyone accountable. This approach allows you to chart your progress as you go and, if needed, make adjustments. It’s all about challenging me to reach my goals but, unlike some of their competition out there, Justin and his team have a friendly enough and down-to-earth approach so that I don’t think twice about being consistent and keeping with the 3-day a week schedule. 5 stars, so far. Keep it up, Justin!“
