“I have 2 Electrolux vacuums, the Heavy Duty Upright and the Lite Upright. One I keep upstairs and the other one on the main level. I have had both for years and, by far, they are the best vacuums out there. I have several pets and these vacuums work great picking up pet hair.The service they provide is amazing. The owner who has run the store since the 1990s was so kind and helpful. I had let my vacuum bag over fill and called the store for help. Within 40 minutes I was in the store and the owner himself fixed my problem free of charge. You definitely won’t find a better vacuum or better service.“

“After 3 years of usage my Gaggia Velasca started to malfunction. I used MATI Coffee to fix my machine. Service was very good, quick and well priced. Very nice staff. However, after about 8 months of usage the same issue happened again. I only give MATI coffee 4 stars instead of 5 because of this. It is frustrating that it didn't last longer. I did get the machine serviced again and will see how long it will last this time. The company did offer a small discount, but I wish the warranty as a bit longer or I received a bigger discount.“

“Our washer broke down over the weekend. (The drain pump stopped working.) We were able to schedule a service appointment for Monday. The owner/service technician showed up on time and with a new pump based on our preliminary "over the phone" diagnosis and fix the washer. The cost was cheaper than the quoted fee from the appliance store we bought the washer, and was 10 days faster. I contacted them late morning on a Friday and by 5pm that same evening my new water heater was installed...at a price that was better than two quotes I received from other companies. “My double oven display stopped working (Whirlpool). I hand delivered the board to Carol Stream, IL (via the partsimple website order form). CoreCentric fixed my faulty board in 3 days. I installed it the next day and my oven is working perfectly again. Awesome service. I don't understand the pandemic note on the door but it didn't cause me any problems. It is a little worrisome that my repaired board was sitting in the entrance (on will call) where anyone could have taken it without question.“
“***UPDATE***Wanted to share a recent experience. My Speed Queen dryer unit was becoming increasingly noisy. I was concerned it may be the bearings. I contacted the store I purchased it from as still under warranty. I was told again it would be Lakeview. My expectations were very low. However I am happy to report that I had a very positive experience this time. I was contacted in less than 24 hrs and had a serviceman within a few days. He was very polite and efficient. He quickly determined the issue and noted another unrelated problem. Both were fixed by the following week. I am very pleased with my 2nd experience and would recommend without hesitation.***Original review***Needed warranty repair for Speed Queen dryer. The store I purchased from sent message to this company on 11/14. Called store on 11/16 since no response. I have 6 people in my household and do A LOT of laundry. Lakeview finally called on 11.18. Another repairman who was looking at my oven and does Speed Queen repairs(not warranty) checked out dryer and determined heating element was bad. I shared this info and they said would order part. I have not heard from them since. Today is 12/1. I have left numerous messages. Ultimately I ended up paying for the repair with another company. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!“
