I have worked with Lakeview twice for warranty repairs on my Bluestar open burner range/oven (amazing system, highly recommend) and each time has been a great experience. The techs that work on my system have been fantastic, done quality work, and not damaged anything in my house. Super high level of respect for my cabinets, furniture, and hardwood floors. Would use again.
In an environment where the consumer is at a disadvantage when something breaks, particularly a complex appliance, it’s nice to know that Lakeview AS is one of the good guys.
From the initial call for an appointment, the ease in scheduling, the communication day of, and the skill, professionalism and dedication from people like Charlie, LAS is the best choice AND the only choice.
We are in WI. We had Nick come out to look at our Viking range because the oven temperature was not reading correctly. Nick checked all the electronics including circuit boards and thermostat. He even tried replacing parts. Ultimately, it needed to be calibrated.
We had previously spent the cost of the stove on repairs and the warranty was a week past due! the first repair person obviously did not know the Viking except how to drive up the bill and Viking was useless. The Viking range is not the disappointment just the service from Viking.
Nick was professional and thorough. He fixed the problem and the price was fair and what we expected. Thank you!
