And this (was only way home warranty would cover per that plumber). After almost canceling warranty they sent you guys for. 2nd opinion even after escalation dept closed my claim. “Since we moved into our house back in 2019, we have had our fair share of A/C and Heating problems. Every year there was always something wrong with our unit. Last week the same thing happened and this time it would not even turned on... It was 90+ degrees outside. After talking with my next door neighbor, they recommended that I give Steve a call to help us out.
