Above and beyond service. A/C stopped working Friday afternoon. Called and asked if someone could come out early Saturday due to the heat and elderly family members needing to have the cool air.
Service tech arrived early Saturday. Diagnosed and fixed the unit in under 30 minutes taking extra time to rinse the coils and change the filter.

We called Command Service Center at about 8:00am and received a call back soon after saying someone would be here in about 20 minutes to diagnose our issue. The tech sent out was Derek, he was friendly and informative, explaining what he was looking at and the action he was taking. He had the part we needed and he cleaned the unit and that was all that was needed for us to be up and running. He was here half an hour, left us with a smile, a handshake, and a working air conditioner. Thanks again to Derek, we would not hesitate to call Command Service Center for our future needs.

Today I called around 2:00pm to request service on my AC unit that wasn’t blowing cold air, and the house was 85 degrees. The lady that answered the phone let me know she will confirm that a technician can arrive before after hours, so that the service fee wouldn’t be higher. Got a call within 20 minutes letting me know someone would arrive before the after hours service fee would kick in. I got a call from the Technician McKay at 3:00pm that he would arrive just shy of 4:00pm. He looked at the condenser unit out and discovered that a wire connected to the capacitor inside the condenser unit was completely severed. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes....read full review
