This morning we called Mr. Heatmizer because our A/C was not always keeping the temperature as set. Patrick answered the phone and was very good at asking questions to troubleshoot. A few hours later Nick called and said he could be on his way here. He drove through major road (no road left today!) construction in and out of our driveway.
