Patrick and Nick from Mr Heatmizer have been taking care of my furnace and ac for many years. After twenty five years my ac unit gave out. Patrick took the time to look at all possibilities for my next furnace and ac. Price was a major issue as I am job hunting. Patrick came up with a workable solution. The next day Patrick and Nick were at my home. They worked for a day and half. At times one was in the back working on the ac and the other was inside working on the furnace. Our AC unit is old (early 90s), but Mr. Heatmizer Heating & Cooling has experience and knowledge to understand the system. He did a thorough examination of our system and located its reason for not cooling our house. We were pleasantly surprised to discover we did not need a whole new unit yet. Out of three other companies, he was the only one to locate (and fix) the problem. He communicates well and is honest and fair in his work. Would recommend.
