I love this company. Kate schedules the service and she is professional, efficient and helpful. We have the same technician which is great because he worked on the units and knows them inside out. He also knows the part for the humidifier and he knows exactly what to do.

I highly recommend Northern Air Systems! I phoned them at 10 am on the morning of July 4th. Scott was at my home by 10:30 am and had my AC up and running again by 11 am.
