Thorton was very responsive to my service call. My service technician, Ben, was very professional and did a fantastic job quickly diagnosing and resolving my mechanical issue with the AC system. I highly recommend Thorton Heating and Cooling and i have always had great service with them.
We were so pleased with Ben who came out from Thornton’s to give our air conditioning system a “tune up”. He was very professional, polite and personable. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He thought that there might be a problem with our compressed but when he got all of the bad stuff out of it, he said it was working just fine with no problems. We have used Thornton’s for only two years, after our long time heating and AC guy moved to Florida. We found Thornton’s from an online next door neighbor place online. We couldn’t find anyone to come out and work on our boiler, and we didn’t know who can work on boilers. Someone on our next door neighbor site recommended Thornton’s, and we were very happy with Mitch and Nick when they came to check out our furnace. I give them 10 stars. Michele
