Our 20 year old furnace gave out last Thursday night. I submitted a request with Lake County Mechanical on Friday AM a little before 7, and about 10 minutes later they had called to set up an appointment. By later that night we had a new furnace at a reasonable price, and the next day they called to make sure we were warm and cozy. :) Highly recommend!
Making appointment was easy and acceptable time was made. Technician was polite and professional. Did all necessary work required ( fall tune up and installed new thermostat ) Fee was standard for this work. Very happy to get early morning time because we were without heat because of inoperable thermostat. Thanks again, good job, Jessica P.
Lake County Mechanical was wonderful! Professional, courteous and worked really fast. I contacted them through the BBB for a duct cleaning in my home. My wife and I recently purchased a home and found a teddy bear (and a bunch of other things) clogging our duct work. The whole team worked to resolve the issue from the moment I called to the moment the work was completed. I highly recommend LCM. Fair pricing, excellent customer service, prompt and on time service AND NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR REMOVING THE TEDDY ?. I will be calling LCM for my duct cleaning from now on.
