Jim was able to give me a quote over the phone and they gave me the best price compared to surrounding businesses in Joliet. Tony then came out to make repairs the next day. I decided to just walk into the store to get my questions answered. It was helpful to see the difference style windows. The people were very kind and patient with me. I purchased the windows right then and there. Installation day took about 8 hrs for 10 windows and some tare down/reconstruction needed. I was reimbursed for the trim because the one offered was too thin. I appreciate them looking out for me as well as offering suggestions on how they could use the trim but add some more to it. I decided to just get it reimbursement. Lastly, i had some weather stripping issues with a window and they came out the next day to fix it. Overall great experience. I appreciate a company that follows up.“

A trusted handyman referred me to Frank at All Pro Exteriors. Frank examined my roof that was nearly 16 years old and assessed the hail damage as well as the deterioration from normal wear and tear.
Frank helped me to clarify all insurance options as well as a comparison to private.
I had gone on “Forbes Advisor” previously to evaluate my options and costs. Frank’s estimate was exactly in the mid range where I had hoped to be and still provided me with Class 3 Rated, Impact Resistance Shingles.
I also replaced my gutters with All Pro.
Both his crews were neat, polite, competent and extremely efficient.
