“Our project was done in two phases: New Roof in May '23; Windows / Siding / Soffit / Fascia / Gutters in early August. The work was done VERY professionally. The crew did a great job of determining issues on our original construction (the house is 35 years old) and remediating necessary issues. They did a great job of cleaning up daily and they communicated with us the entire way. TJ is outstanding. He offered us options and suggestions for colors, materials and styles, and he and his crew queried us mid-job to ensure we were informed and we made informed decisions that had to be made. A big point I want to offer is that TJ is a stand-up guy that took responsibility for some damage (that wasn't necessarily his team's fault) wreaked by the July storms. It impacted gutters that were temporarily configured between the two jobs. He was contacted at 7:00AM on a day and his crew was on-site 3 hours later to review what was going on. AND he made right to help repair the damage. You can't ask for more. The workmanship is excellent, the quality is excellent, the materials are top-notch, the project was completed in the estimated time frames and on budget. He gave us next steps for taking care of our attic insulation to put a finishing touch on the work and ensure that the new soffits provided correct ventilation. We rate TJ and company HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we will have him back to replace the rest of our windows.Services: Gutter installation“

“First off let me start out by saying the Savage roofing staff are the nicest and most easy to get along with. This is my third home and the biggest project I have ever done with any of my homes. I was very cautious and nervous about the project but Danny the owner worked with me every step of the way and made this project a breeze. Came out and looked at all my hail damage on the roof, siding and gutters. He stated that it would be a good idea to go with filing a claim with our insurance. I was very leery of this process but Danny put me at ease through the whole process. Then to top the phenomenal service that I already received with Danny the ladies in the office communicated every bit of information as it came along and updated the portal with everything. Vivi and Erika is who worked with the most. But shout out to Vivi for going the extra step everyday and communicating every piece of info needed along the timeline of this project. Vivi is top notch and is a great asset to the company. The crew for the onsite project was amazing. Very precise and perfection is definitely an understatement with Danny’s guys. They made sure everyday that they cleaned up and left our house the way they found it. I’m a very detailed person and walked the house everyday and his guys do amazing work. “STEC fixed a broken bathroom vent pipe in my attic. Instead of reconnecting the 10 ft flexible tube, they shortened it to 3 ft and vented out of the roof nearby. The point I am making is they fixed the issue in such a way that it should not recur. They worked in 100 F temperature in the attic in cramped condition.Edson was my lead contact person, very responsive on the phone, good to work with. Receptionist was very helpful in fitting in what was a small job in their schedule.“
“We used 3JM for our new roof and our new siding. The siding looks incredible and was executed really nicely.But, the real value was with Danny and his persistence with our insurance company. After a large hail storm, it was clear we had significant damage to the roof, but State Farm was doing what insurance companies do - trying to avoid covering the cost of a new roof. Danny jumped through all the hoops necessary, even requesting a 2nd evaluation and challenging State Farm on the necessity of replacing our skylights, which had hail and seal damage.Danny's expertise got our insurance company to cover the cost of our new roof. Quality of the work is as good as it gets and the service was incredible - wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any exterior work.“

While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. This was a big job, and the roof looks beautiful. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did. I don't feel it's enough to take off a full star on the review.
