I don't know why all the bad reviews for Window World. We ordered 8 windows and a patio door for a sunroom. Everything went seamlessly from the salesman (Matt) to the installation. They were prompt with the delivery date and installation date. They called before they came and showed up on time. We had 1 minor problem with a screen being installed upside down and they came back out within a couple of days and fixed it and they were happy to address any other questions or concerns we might have. The installation of our windows are great right from the start. The sales agent Mike Tadla was nice and easy to deal with and explained every single detail of the product. The installers (Ivan and forgot the name of his team) are fast and did a great job. They really know what they're doing. They thoroughly cleaned inside and outside of our house spotless! Will be doing business again with them since we still have more windows to replace in the basement. Highly recommended!Service: General window replacement

From the first visit for an estimate Window World of Joliet's representatives were very professional and answered all my questions with their industry knowledge. Scott the salesman, outstanding, quick with the estimate. No push for an upsell. Visited the house three separate times for my questions and to explain the process. The technician who came and measured the windows. Very professional and polite. Paul kept me updated on the window build time and let me know a week before the install date.
