I poured a lot of effort and money into this project... nearly twenty thousand dollars and I expected to get exactly what i was promised. There several mistakes made, and I requested the replacement windows and trim to be exactly the size that they were replacing. The windows themselves seem great, but the size of the awning windows does not exactly match the transom windows above, and after two attempts at the inside trim, it still does not match the transom windows above and the patio door next to the windows.
