Chris was very responsive, came out the very next day. He inspected my siding for a leak. While up there he found an area that may not be caulked correctly, he applied new caulk and said to see if it fixes the problem. He didn't charge me and I felt like that was very honest of him. Hopefully, it fixes the problem 🤞
KG Roofing & Construction is the best! We called for my Moms house, she had some leaks and needed a roof repair. Chris responded right away and came out the same day. Was very honest and professional the whole time. Spent time answered all our questions and explained exactly the problem and what he was doing. Showed us photos before and after the repairs. Chris was very respectul of us and our property. Trustworthy and polite. Never tried to upsell or lie about anything. Found and fixed everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will only be using them in the future if needed. Thanks Chris appreciate the quality work.
From the initial estimate through the completion of the roof installation, Chris was professional every step of the way. They provided a detailed estimate that clearly outlined the scope of work, as well as the materials and supplies that would be used to complete the job.
