Odyssey Home Remodeling replaced our roof and gutters on our house and garage about a year after we moved into our new home. We had known that a roof replacement was necessary, and we began soliciting bids over a period of several months. We went with Odyssey not simply because of the price (although their bid was very competitive) but also because of the transparency and guarantees that came with their bid. Odyssey was able to offer a *manufacturer's* fifty-year warranty on our roof that would cover workmanship and the roof itself even if Odyssey is no longer in business.
