While no job of this magnitude will ever go perfectly, it is rare to be able to count on a call back in a reasonable of time (usually the same day!) and with transparent, honest communication. This was a big job, and the roof looks beautiful. I was left with a couple of of minor things I feel like I had to settle for, but the guys took the time to explain why they made the decisions they did. I don't feel it's enough to take off a full star on the review. My roof and gutters are still brand new, but I feel confident that if I have any problems with them in the future, I can count on Great Roofing to make it right.“
