Would also like to note how pleasant it was to work with Teri the operations manager. There were some unplanned installation issues that came up during the project that could have made this experience very stressful. However Teri was able to work with the supplier and then also get a team rescheduled to return back onsite to get all of the issues fixed and resolved. All in all I thought the installers did an excellent job.

“: After the March 2026 EPIC HAILSTORM, at least 40 companies called, left flyers and knocked on my door with wild promises and solicitations.
A trusted handyman referred me to Frank at All Pro Exteriors. Frank examined my roof that was nearly 16 years old and assessed the hail damage as well as the deterioration from normal wear and tear.
Frank helped me to clarify all insurance options as well as a comparison to private.
I had gone on “Forbes Advisor” previously to evaluate my options and costs. Frank’s estimate was exactly in the mid range where I had hoped to be and still provided me with Class 3 Rated, Impact Resistance Shingles.
I also replaced my gutters with All Pro.
Both his crews were neat, polite, competent and extremely efficient.
