Chapo did 2 projects for us this year - 1. gutters with repair of wooden soffits and facias, and 2. a bathroom remodel (down to the studs). New shower pan, sub floor, tiled shower walls and floor, plumbing, etc. Both projects done on time, within budget, work site always clean, took precautions to protect floors and walls. Overall a great company to do business with.

Can't recommend Chapo highly enough. They did some work around my home (doors and baseboard all installed and painted). Their work is OUTSTANDING! On top of that they communicate very well, were here and ready to go when they said they would be and worked around my firehouse schedule without hassle. I recently had some major renovations done on my home which included complete window replacement and patio door replacement, sheathing and siding replacement, soffit fascia and also gutter replacement. Chapo Construction Company was immediately responsive to my inquiry and provided me with a very reasonable quote, and also provided a financing option, which I needed. Nerus (Ned) was the point of contact and he was professional courteous and made several trips to my house to finalize the material and color choices.
