I called Window Works for a service visit and was extremely impressed. The technician arrived quickly, was efficient, and clearly very competent. He took extra care troubleshooting and fabricating solutions for our older-model windows — not an easy job — and made sure everything operated smoothly before leaving. The team honored the lifetime warranty without any hassle, which gave me real peace of mind. Every employee I encountered was friendly and professional.
