Chicago Window Guy replaced 6 windows for me in Aug 2026. The customer service is outstanding. They responded right away to all my questions. The windows are excellent, I don’t hear the cars driving by anymore. I noticed right away my house is cooler. The windows are not hot to the touch. Installation went smooth with no hick ups, installer was respectful and answered all my questions. I had interviewed 6 other companies but I received the best price and installation with Chicago Window Guy. They actually replaced entire window, re insulated and perfectly caulk. Most companies do just inserts. I highly recommend them.

Window Works was great to work with from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and helpful when setting up and confirming the appointment, and they were able to send a technician out very quickly. The technician was kind, professional, and efficient. He quickly identified the issue with our windows, explained and demonstrated the problem clearly, and even showed us how to fix it in the future if needed. Overall, a smooth and positive experience — I’d definitely recommend Window Works!
