“I recently made the switch to Crest Hill Animal Hospital and am so glad I did! Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. I cannot recommend enough. They also answered my call the first time and didn’t immediately put me on hold which became a regular thing at my previous vet office. Dr. Z was so knowledgeable and confident in her information she was relaying to me and it gave me so much assurance in what was actually going on with my dog. Thank you guys for caring!“

We have a booster shot set up for 3 weeks and to do one more test. She is healthy and happy. The staff was very friendly and professional.“

“I couldn’t say enough about the great team they have at this place. We have 2 dogs that go there 1 being a German Shepherd not even a year old and if you have been around a puppy you know they have TONS of energy. He has been here a few times and they showed patients getting all that we asked done working past his puppy energy and strength being a shepherd. They didn’t back down from a hard days work and welcome him back anytime which works out great for us with them being close to home. So if you haven’t checked them out recently or looking for a change go see what I’m talking about they’ll definitely take care of you.“

“Mia has been going to Saffron Lane Grooming for some time now.
She loves Valerie & so do we.
We love that she gets one on one care.
We never have to worry about her being in a crate & waiting her turn. Valerie only takes care of Mia while she is there & does a great job too. Mia always looks exactly how we want her to look.
Valerie is the best we have groomer we have ever found in the area.
I have actually recommended her on fb when others are looking for a groomer in the area. I hope they have called her.
We have never been disappointed at all.
