We have been coming to this place for years, back at their previous location and I have zero negative things to say about them. The front staff are always always so helpful & sweet whether it’s on the phone or when we’re being greeted.
Dr. Brandy & Dr. Z are always so so helpful & always answer all of our questions.
Recently I brought in our sick boy and we saw a new vet we hadn’t met before (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) but she was very caring and gentle with my skiddish boy. The people who work here truly put the quirks of my boys before anything else. They bring in a rug for the one afraid of hard flooring and allow the nervous one to hide under “the chair of invisibility.”
Everyone was very kind and caring. The doctor gave clear information and offered options. We didn't have to wait for an exam room. Communication has been excellent from the clinic.
