Dr. Krzak and all of the staff have been absolutely PHENOMENAL with me and my baby cat ace. I couldn’t recommend another vet enough. They are so patient, kind, and attentive. They go above and beyond and aren’t one of those vets that just want to take your money. They will recommend things your animal only truly needs and have a very fair monthly plan as well. 10000/10 !!
I can honestly say I absolutely love this vet clinic after just one visit with my new puppy! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and caring. As a new puppy parent, I had plenty of questions, and they took the time to answer everything and made us feel completely comfortable.
You can truly tell how much they care about the animals and families they work with. My puppy was treated with so much kindness, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our kitty unexpectedly went down hill. The dr and staff was amazing. We weren't currently clients but they made us feel like we been going there for years. The care and compassion was outstanding. It was a very difficult time and having a child with us who did not understand what was going on made things hard. They could have not done a better a job. I am switching vets to them. It was a very sad day for our family but I am glad they were there for us. BIG Thank you to all who helped. They truly care.
