Pet Groomers near Crest Hill

“I recently made the switch to Crest Hill Animal Hospital and am so glad I did! Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. I cannot recommend enough. They also answered my call the first time and didn’t immediately put me on hold which became a regular thing at my previous vet office. Dr. Z was so knowledgeable and confident in her information she was relaying to me and it gave me so much assurance in what was actually going on with my dog. Thank you guys for caring!“

“Our dog Zoey has loved being boarded with K-9. Staff are super caring of the dogs and great at communicating any needs or changes. This past summer they were the ones that spotted a change in Zoey’s toileting habits she hadn’t shown at home and because of that we were able to get her to the vet and on medication. I also appreciate how much consideration they put into watching the dogs before they add them to the big group for playtime. Having a smaller dog I’m always nervous about her being in big groups with large dogs (even though she loves big dogs). K-9 does a great job of making sure dogs are comfortable rather than just putting them in with everyone else and hoping for the best.“

“Julie and her team are amazing, they do a wonderful job with our giant breeds. Petco wasn’t able to get one our rescue in the bath because she was so scared but Julie and her team got her in there and took care of her (I think it was multiple people that have to get her in the tub because she’s 180 pounds!) I don’t know what the shampoo has in it but I think it’s made of gold because the dogs smell SO GOOD and for so long too, I’m talking at least a month these dogs smell like heaven!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The only “downside” is that they book far out and book quickly but that’s a very good thing because you KNOW they have fans and people are willing to wait to get their dogs in here. We already booked for 6 months and 12 months so that we don’t forget until the last minute!“

“I called before I went because the salon I normally go to closed mid September. She called me and walked me through her process and even her education because I didn’t know you don’t need schooling to be a groomer. Went for the first time last weekend and she was so sweet and personable. Tracy cared about the personalities of my animals and learned to know who they are to support their cuts. It was such a different experience. I’m glad I found someone that loves what they do.“

“We have gotten fish and some dog cat supplies from here. The workers can be busy so getting fish can be hard. But tanks are clean and filled decent.“

“The owner is a little socially awkward (like she spends more time talking to dogs than people). But she does a great job. My dogs looked amazing. And he prices are cheeper than petsmart or petco. (And she does a better job than them too)“
