From start to finish, this was the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had with something like this. This was a first time, and it won't be the last from how great everything was. My baby girl is beyond happy with her full grooming experience.
Will definitely come back to give her the full princess treatment again!
The service I get at the New Lenox location is impeccable. These ladies are professional and kind. Even accommodate me when I need to come early or return late. They always get their haircut perfect and they don't ever seem tired! They MUST be tired. :) Love it!! Thank you for renewing my faith in PetCo
Nicole was super sweet and did an amazing job! My furbaby smelled amazing and her nails were done better than ever! She is 16 years old and gets nervous which Nicole let me know, but she was very patient with her and Lola seemed happy with her upon pickup. Thanks Nicole! We’ll definitely be back!
