“Canine kingdom has been awesome in training and watching our year and a half old German Shepherd puppy. Our dog loves Carlos the trainer and Tina who has home boarded him as well and taken great care of him.

He completed the knight school and crown champion trainings and the result is a more obedient, confident and off-leash dog! Carlos is a very experienced, calm confident trainer and was able to transfer what they practiced everyday to us as the owners. He answered lots of our questions about our dog’s quirks and negative behaviors and the tips he gave us have all worked great.

The format for training is very organized which was a great environment for learning for our Shepherd. The dogs are all trained to be neutral and relaxed all in the same room together on their own place beds. It’s incredible to see and a great option for the dogs to practice discipline as opposed to a more chaotic playgroup which our dog doesn’t do well in.

So nice to bring our dog somewhere everyday where we trust Tina and Carlos completely. Our dog loves them and is happy to be there and engaged all day.“

“I brought my dog here after a really bad past grooming experience, so I was honestly very nervous. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, patient, and understanding of everything I explained about her.

They reassured me they would take their time with her, give her breaks if needed, and even call me if she was too overwhelmed — which meant a lot to me. They also kept me updated and had me come right before she was done, which helped ease my anxiety.

My dog is high-energy and can be nervous, and they handled her with so much patience and care. She did get a little anxious at times (which I expected), but they worked with her instead of forcing anything.

When I picked her up, she looked amazing, and more importantly, she was happy to see me, wagging her tail and acting like herself. That told me everything I needed to know.

Yes, they are on the pricier side, but in my opinion it is 100% worth it for the level of care, patience, and respect they give the dogs. You can tell they truly care.

“Hammie and I love this Pet Supplies Plus! We use the self-service dog wash almost weekly, and sometimes the grooming services too. The staff is absolutely amazing - everyone is always so excited to see Hammie, and they shower her with love, attention, and treats every time we visit. They truly make us feel at home. “We just had our dog's teeth cleaned, and any procedure is more stressful to me than it is our dog! Aside from the clean facilities and promptness of our appointments, I really appreciated the constant communication by text before, during, and after her procedure. They were very accommodating with pick up schedules. We also had contact with the vet tech and the doc before and after the procedure. In the past at other vets, I felt that there were many hand offs and a lack of communication. Not here. I trust this place and the professionals that work there. I can't say my dog is less nervous, but I am!“

“Chrissy was an absolute godsend for our cat, we can't thank her enough! My nearly 12 year old long haired cat Harvey Milk has diabetes and is toothless, so this past year his grooming has severely gone downhill and we just couldn't keep up with his needs and needed help. He had never been groomed, never even had a bath. He got a nice teddy bear cut and it has made a noticeable difference in his attitude! You can tell he is so much more comfortable. He is less restless, he picks less fights with his sisters, even his blood glucose numbers are better! And to top it all off, I brought him in on the wrong WEEK (right day and time, just wrong week) and she was still able to make it work so that we didn't have to subject him to another car ride. She was also very knowledgeable about his diabetes and his glucose monitor, which was a big relief. We will be bringing him back for regular grooms for the rest of his life!“
