We absolutely LOVE Alicia and staff. We followed Alicia when she left another groomer. My girls(December and Koko) absolutely love Alicia. December my senior dog, Alicia took her time with her and December was so spoiled that Alicia would literally would have her in her pocket. Alicia took care of her until she crossed over and that was about 7 years. Whenever you say Alicia's name my Koko goes crazy! Not only does Alicia groom my baby but will also point out anything that I may not notice and I appreciate her for that.
