What I like the most isn't a one thing, I think is the whole process... from the first phone call, for the added communication email and messages, the way your are greeted and time management and the most important detail (for me) how understanding and knowledgeable the staff is... the service is just on point! Thank you!
Dr. Verma saved Sharko’s life. Sharko is a very good cat but he’s so afraid of everyone….that is except Dr. Verma! He’s amazingly kind, gentle, and in-tune with his patients. I literally couldn’t believe how Sharko let Dr. Verma draw blood without any struggle. It was like he could sense Dr Verma was friend immediately. From my family, thank you for performing surgery saving Sharko.
