They were very responsive and came out same day we called to review the damage, and began the mitigation and restoration in two rooms affected by the water damage next day. He assisted in scooping out the sewage waste, scraped the affected area, and hygienized everything to ensure it was safe to live above. Mark was also very fair with pricing—he asked for a reasonable price and even gave me an additional discount to help with the cost, which I really appreciated. In such an emergency situation, he didn’t try to take advantage, and that meant a lot. Mark also referred me to John, the plumber, who did an excellent job fixing the pipe at a fair price.
