After a bathroom flood we needed disaster relief. Alliance was quick to respond. The remediation was quick. Cody Lane was our contractor and he was wonderful. He oversaw everything and we had nothing to deal with ourselves, other than product choices. Really made the job effortless for us. The quality of the work was exceptional. The workers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Beautiful job. We get a very good value for our money. Eileen Aronoff
ADK was my insurance referred restoration service for water damage. In a very stressful time, ADK helped me to make it through with a peace of mind. They knew the ins and outs of insurance process. I can’t imagine going through this with an independent contractor who is not as familiar with insurance workings. That would have fallen on me as double the work/stress which I did NOT need. When I had contact with the owner at the outset, he said don’t give it a second thought but let ADK be my contractor. I still did my due diligence and got a few estimates from independent contractors but in the end, he was right. ADK streamlined the whole process over 4 months....read full review
Alliance was AMAZINGi must say, based on history of restoration companies, they can not be honest, but that being said, Alliance was on their game in every way from start to finishthey were reliable, communicative, trustworthy in my house without me and did exactly what they said they wold do without questioni am blown away!!!!!!!!!EDGAR MY TECH WAS SOOOOOO ON HIS GAME, ALWAYS TEXTED ME WHEN COMING, WHEN LEAVING, HOW MANY MORE DAYS I NEEDED AND NEVER ANYTHING BUT A SMILEHARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT THESE DAYS!!!!thumbs up Alliance, i will reccomend you to anyone who asks!!!! ty
