I recently had quite a bit of water damage in my home . On a Saturday afternoon, I called ProTech Water Damage. Dan, the technician was at our house at 10:00 P. M., on a Saturday night, so he could get started to preserve whatever he could and to help us. He was amazing. The rest of the dry wall, painting, carpeting and flooring crews were just as wonderful. Manny was my supervisor of the crews. He was always available. He ALWAYS answered his phone. And, they worked very closely with my Insurance Company. I would recommend this company to anyone who has had water damage in their home. They went over and above anything that was asked of them and they did a beautiful job.

I had an unexpected water leak while I was traveling out of town. Tony, Leslie, Manny and team were very kind, patient and knowledgeable - they quickly turned a dooms day panic into organized and rapid restoration. I was able to work with them mostly remotely, and the project turned out flawless. Thank you so much ProTech team!
We recently had a mold issue in the ceiling of both bathrooms. We contacted Pro Tech Restoration and they were timely in getting someone out to access the issue and getting us on their schedule for mole remediation and subsequently repairs. The guys did a great job removing the drywall and they were very diligent in cleaning up the debris. The repair team was very busy, but Manny was excellent in getting us on their schedule to get the repairs done since we have out of town guest coming soon. Carlos and Tony handled replacing the drywall, painting and correcting the problem that caused the mole. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work performed and their diligence… read full review
