The reviews are true! Miguel and his crew it were so kind and helpful, they did great work and did it very quick and clean! Miguel himself was very clear and honest with his assessment and the 2 guys he had here were very throughout and walked me through everything as it happened- cleaned up and patched up like they were never here! Highly recommended.

This company is the best out there. I have been using them on and off for years. They are truly the best in the business. I always would get competing quotes; Moldman's pricing was always the best value. Even if they increased their prices (which hasn't happened), their responsiveness and honesty would make me keep coming back. I always feel like I get quality work and they're straight on the issue that needs to be addressed. Most recently they helped me locate the source of water damage, ensure there was no growth in my living space, and then installed new drywall. Amazing customer service. Miguel came to inspect the attic and crawl space for mold and didn't use any scare tactics--just calm, straightforward facts. He was very knowledgable and knew that our particular wood was still in good shape and wouldn't necessarily need replacing even though they were discolored (which was our concern). Still awaiting a quote but I really appreciated how he went about things already so I just had to write a review! Thanks Miguel for running such an honest and trustworthy business!
