He and his team were incredibly professional, kind, thorough, and did exactly what was proposed, and more. It has been a very challenging time but Tom and his team and the staff, Vanessa specifically, have been seamless in helping this difficult time not feel awful. We literally feel like we have a team on our side, guiding all the steps and there is an end date to this mess. And, their pricing is incredibly fair. “Parker & sons saved me today! I had actually scheduled another service and was cancelled on late second. These guys were able to get me in same day. They were super professional and very friendly. I had a sectional and area rug to clean for the first time since having a baby who is now a toddler. The pandemic delayed any cleaning we could do so you can imagine how messy the living room rug and couch would be! They left everything looking like new.
