Had a nasty red wine spill on our condo carpet that dried before we had a chance to address it. Tried some home remedies with no luck. Emailed on a Sunday and got an immediate reply/quote. Chatted with Michael on the phone on Monday and set up a time for Wednesday AM. They were prompt and able to finish the job within the expected time frame. They also found a small earring I had thought was lost forever! Great service and experience, overall would recommend!

Service was very professional and very thorough. I called last minute because my dog had an accident, and the carpet came out perfectly clean. I always appreciate when care is taken to wear booties over the shoes and generally do their best to take care. Will call again!
