“My water heater was 14 years old and was still working fine. But, i thought i'd get ahead of the curve and replace it before it decided to fail. My roto rooter tech, Jon, was recommended by my neighbor who had her water heater replaced a couple of years ago. He was able to come out the same day I called and give me a reasonable estimate. Then he was able to replace it the next day without any issues. Jon frequently asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything he was doing. It's only been one day...but so far the water heater appears to be working perfectly.“

“From start to finish, working with Sebastian was a very professional and comfortable experience. He took time to explain the process of working with the insurance company after the approval limited the scope of work needed. The roof had been severely damaged by wind and hail storms, which led to water damage inside my home. Communication with Sebastian was top-notch. He followed up weekly to update us on the claim's progress and to schedule the project. Sebastian reviewed materials to be used, ensuring the finished roof would be secure and waterproof. The crew arrived around 7 am and promptly got to work. A tarp was erected to protect my neighbor's property, and the cleanup was flawless. The old material was removed. “Called these guys Fri morning they were at my house ASAP, my entire house flooded. Kids toilet a screw cracked on the bottom behind it and water leaked down 3 floors. Spoke to Jason the owner very nice guy guided me and got me ready for what was coming. Had me call his project manager and The project Mgr showed up Brandon, and he was beyond professional walked us through the entire process and then they got started. They had 3 guys there daily working on all levels they were beyond fast beyond clean n most importantly beyond respectable to my two pitbull’s I had locked in my bedroom the entire wk they were working, they allowed me to take them out whenever I needed to just to give them a heads up to get out of the house lol. They were done in less than a week, never late and never slacked I would and will name drop these guys whenever a friend says to me do you know a restoration company. Finally starting on the rebuild and can’t wait see our new house. This is my second time using this company and from phone call to completion it is always incredible service. Michael the owner is always responsive, patient and kind. There was a little difficulty with my front door staff, but they remained calm and helped me navigate the situation. The service was quick and looks like a brand new carpet. “GCPro was contracted by my insurance to fix a parkway fence on my property that was damaged by a car accident. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and competence of Patryk (project manager) and team. He personally came out to check out the damage and the repair progress, and continued to communicate clearly and consistently throughout the process. He noticed an area in need of repair that the subcontractor had missed, and sent the team back to address it. In addition he personally fixed a gate latch that was not part of the repair, but that we did not have the tools to fix ourselves.  He is efficient, polite and easy to work with, and went above and beyond expectations.  It was a welcome relief when dealing with a sudden unfortunate repair such as ours.
