Wizard of Wood was professional and friendly throughout every step of the process. Mike came out and gave us a complete quote quickly enough that I could tell he had done it many times before. They were accommodating to our need to split the start times for our first and second floor, and gave us a precise start date for each project weeks in advance.
They listened to our concerns and were able to get right up to the edges without the need to remove the shoe molding or baseboards. Most of the baseboard on the first floor was antique wood that couldn't be removed or replaced effectively, so it worked perfectly to leave it in place.
