“We are new to the area and had to choose a new vet for our 13 year old kitty, Fonzie, who hadn't been feeling well. Someone recommended Mundelein Animal Hospital and after reading the reviews, we made an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and capable, and was able to get us in the same day. We saw a vet assistant who took all of our information and then the vet came in. We saw Dr. Feltes who was absolutely wonderful. She gave Fonz a very thorough exam, took X-rays and blood work and explained everything extremely well. She was very gentle with Fonzie, as was her assistant. We never once felt rushed and it's obvious this staff really loves animals. The entire visit was as positive as it could possibly be, given we were there with a patient who didn't want to be there. I highly recommend this animal hospital!“

“We would like to give a huge shout out and appreciation to Kamp K9. From our initial contact with Rhiannon, we were immediately put at ease and excited. We adopted a dog on Christmas, and within a week, we had him enrolled in the one-on-one boot camp 4-week training program. It is difficult to say who enjoyed the experience more, myself or my dog. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind and consistently demonstrated a positive demeanor, which is understandable given they are around adorable dogs all day. Rhiannon's work with Marshal was outstanding; she provided us clear and precise instructions. We particularly valued the personalized one-on-one training sessions and the daily video updates on his progress.“

“My puppy and I love Pampered Pup’z!! The staff is kind, friendly, caring, helpful, and they truly love working with your furry friends!! They were incredibly helpful as my puppy was adjusting to doggy care, and gave him little breaks when he was too hyped up playing with friends! We worked together on training and learning how to play with other dogs and humans.

Their facility is spacious and always sparkling clean! When your puppy goes in for grooming, they come out with a shiny, good smelling coat, and an adorable bandana around their neck. They do special activities at every holiday like Halloween dress up and pictures, pictures with Santa, lucky ornaments for St. Patrick’s day, and an Easter egg hunt, just to name a few!

“I have boarded my dog, Peter, here multiple times, and I love this place!! My dog is reactive and very anxious. His fear when I left him there made me (embarrassingly) cry when I dropped him off, and not only did the workers comfort me, but they went out of their way to send me a couple quick photos and updates during the 3 days I was away. They truly care and take amazing care of our animals. Peter always comes back smiling. This place is the best, you can trust them with your babies and I can’t endorse Doggy Days enough!! I added some of the photos they sent me of them taking special care of my boy :)“

“I really love Waggles. We have sent our shy pup there for day care and overnight stays and she has done so well! She has come out of her shell and it is one of the few places she is excited to go in to, and not nervous! They have very clean facilities, and are so friendly. Always reply quickly to calls and texts with answers questions or updates. I’m so thankful for Waggles and everyone there!“

“We sent our 13 week mini Bernedoodle pup, Luca, for 2 weeks of board and train to Happy Puppy Manor on the recommendation of a friend and couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience. We chose to drop him off so we could tour the facility and knew immediately we had made the right choice. Every staff member was so welcoming and kind and the facility was spotless and spacious. There was not one doubt my pup was in great hands! We received many check-ins over the 2 weeks from his trainer Tracy (calls, videos, pictures and progress reports) so I always knew what was he doing during his time there. He came home with so many solid new commands and better behaved. ? This was the exact training foundation I wanted for Luca. He’s been home for almost a week and we have easily carried on with the suggestions from Tracy and the difference in Luca continues to evolve.
We are also planning on enrolling him in additional, more advanced training.
I would highly recommend Happy Puppy Manor to everyone!“

“My kids (8 and 10) participated in the 4 day horse camp that was 4 hours each day this summer and they absolutely loved it!

Mrs Nancy is so good with the kids and all the girls helping out were so engaged and friendly! The kids learned all about the horses, such as how to take care of them and grooming. They were leading them around the arena, riding and even did crafts. The second day the kids jumped out of the car and I didn't even get a hug goodbye before they were off and engaged in the game in the arena. I am so grateful they were able to have this experience. All the horses in the camp were absolutely wonderful and perfect for the kids who are still beginners.

“This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why but c'est La vie“
