I am long overdue for this review about my journey with the Steves! Steve Shivley (Designer) and Steve Petraglia (Production Manager) are the ‘Team Extraordinaire’ along with their artist craftsmen Gustavo and Fernando who were on site day in and day out throughout my outdoor makeover project.It all started with my wish to remove a semi-inground pool that was seldom used (the team helped me memorialize the demo!) to create an outdoor oasis, which I now endearingly refer to as my “Puerta Backyarda”. We had a horrible experience with another contractor that took up our entire spring and summer. Another trusted vendor directed us to A.M. Woodland to help get our patio project back on track. From the beginning you could tell they were true professionals. Great communicators, super helpful and responsive--you just can't underestimate how important this is to the customer experience. The work itself was done with care and attention to detail that was severely lacking with our other contractor. They accomplished more in 3 weeks than had been done in the previous 5 months.
