“We had a hail storm back in April and you’ve had those sales people knock on your door trying to drum up business, I know you have. We had a couple of them and my husband always refused. Then Tammy stopped by I took her information and she went on her way. Again I let my husband know “hey this lady came by about a free estimate on the roof” his answer “No! And what does SHE know?”
Well let me tell you SHE knows a lot. HE went looking for after he actually saw the damage. She was out here a couple of weeks later. She came back, took a look around and of course there was damage. She took care of everything insurance, solar panel issues, estimates, everything. She worked with our insurance and got everything approved. She knows her stuff! Information on materials siding , roofing, gutters she can tell you what works and what doesn’t, the materials used, who makes it, warranties… all of it! (my husband tested her)
The guys that did the work? Never saw them. No trace was left behind. Absolutely nothing! No shingle scraps, no stray nails, no metal shavings, Nothing! The only proof they were there was just a brand new roof, gutters and siding.
