“vlad did quite alot of work at our home. was quick and took care of immediate needs allowing us to move in and had an extended team of contractors to offer for trades he isn't comfortable with like window repair. I would use vlad again and had hin come back for more projects later. vlad does have a strong personality (eastern European) at times but the work is good and he takes on most any challenge. he shows up, gives solid pricing, and works quick. have recommended to others who were happy. I always clean up after jobs when vlad comes but I am picky and prefer my way on that.“

“The first time we used Rob was a cold call when my girl friend put her house up for sale, a house inspector said some the circuit breakers in the panel were a fire hazard and entire panel needed to be replaced. Rob said some were an old style breaker was all it was, panel did not need to be replaced. He replaced mismatched breakers. When we started remodeling my house I wanted all new wiring which it needed. Including new 200 amp panel. Rob and Garret have been rewiring my house as the remodeling continues over several years. They also have installed conduit for a future phase, thinking ahead, when the second floor rehab starts. Rob and Garret recently rewired my basement adding a new door bell that did not exist. I wanted to be able to turn the stair case light on or off from top of stairs or bottom of stairs. Garret suggested they could do the same for each of the 3 rooms in the basement. A master switch all on or off and be able to turn each room on individually from top of stairs and have a switch in each room.
All new wireless technology. I am very happy I did.“

“When my wife and I decided to have our kitchen renovated, we went to a home show in our town to meet a few contractors. We untimely made three appointments, two of which we met at the home show, and first impressions were good. The third wasn't at the show, however used a referral service that was at the show. I received a phone call through that service, and Scott from Rose Custom Cabinets called me. They are located in Mundelein and I'm in Crystal Lake, so I thought this might be too far, and again, I had good first impressions from the two contractors I met. Scott, took some extra time on the phone to sell himself and Rose - enough that we included him into the process. We eliminated one of the three simply because they wanted to do too much (moving walls, etc.) or not do the project at all. Now we're down to Rose and one other. We were please with both products, however my gut told me we would be better off with Rose Kitchen and Bath, even though the cost was about 20% higher than the other contractor. So we decided to go with Rose Custom Cabinets, knowing that the lowest price is not always the best price. Bottom line, we are over the top happy with our new kitchen! The quality of workmanship and materials are excellent. Thanks to Scott and Ray for all the great advice and talent in making our kitchen the best it can be!“
